 ALL-INCLUSIVE FULL SERVICE EQUINE BOARDING:

What's included?

• orchard grass hay (grown by us)
• fresh water
• stall cleaning
• rotational de-worm schedule (every 2 months)
  
• yearly comprehensive shots
• yearly vet check
• yearly teeth float (if needed)
• regular trim schedule (usually every 8 weeks)
  
• monthly sand colic treatment

extras will be added on to your monthly bill:

• you purchase any special feed
• you purchase fly masks, blankets, etc...
• anything other than trim
• any extra treatment required by vet (will be approved by you first unless it is an emergency and you can't be reached)
• transportation to and from our facility by us
  

BOARDING OPTIONS & PRICES:

• indoor stall with private outside run - $300/month
• indoor stall with group run - $275/month
• large outside stall - $250/month
• group run - $250/month
  

ADVANTAGES OF BOARDING WITH US: 

• We have beautiful riding right out of the barn (The Rio Grande & Socorro Nature Area are a 5 minute ride away and we are surrounded by uncrowded ditchbanks)

• We use several fly management techniques at our stables to keep the flies down to a minimum
  

• we live on-site and keep a watchful eye on your horse
